We explored how dietary habits, specifically vitamin A intake, affect menstrual disorders like dysmenorrhea and irregular menstrual cycles among female university students in Bangladesh.

Our findings suggest that students consuming more vitamin A-rich plant foods are significantly less likely to experience these painful conditions. In fact, those who increased their intake had a 40% lower risk of dysmenorrhea and a 60% lower risk of an irregular menstrual cycle.

We also noticed that high fat and sweet food cravings heightened the likelihood of these issues, prompting us to recommend better dietary choices and regular exercise for improved health.

Antioxidant vitamins alleviate pelvic pain
We evaluated the impact of antioxidant vitamin supplementation on pelvic pain associated with endometriosis. By analyzing data from randomized controlled trials, we found that these vitamins significantly reduced the severity of menstrual pain, discomfort during intercourse, and overall pelvic pain.

Additionally, participants reported improvements in their quality of life. This suggests that antioxidant vitamins can be an effective alternative or complementary treatment option for managing endometriosis-related pain.

Tingling sensation gone

I started taking one tablet each morning and evening for a week, and now just one in the morning. Previously, I'd felt tingling and pain while trying to focus, but that sensation has now vanished. I hope this isn't just my imagination; if this improvement holds, I'd be extremely grateful if it turns out that vitamin A deficiency was the cause.

I've been taking this vitamin for two weeks, and I've noticed that my eyesight has improved. I was able to work without my glasses despite having astigmatism. I also combined it with vitamins E and S for better absorption. The dosage feels perfect, and there haven't been any side effects. My skin now seems more hydrated too. I highly recommend this for tired eyes! In the past, my eyes felt so fatigued that it caused pelvic pain in my head, but now, with this vitamin and lutein, everything is much better!
